AMC + toasts the “Silent Night” premiere on December 3rd with a new look!



Camille Griffinthe directorial debut of, Silent night, which toured the festival last fall, is making its way into theaters and on AMC + on December 3, 2021, just in time for the holidays, learned Bloody Disgusting. It will then be released on Blu-ray and DVD at a later date via RLJE Films.

Keira knightley stars in the “dark comedic drama,” which Meagan commented on at the Toronto International Film Festival world premiere, writing that “Silent night hides a dark tragedy inside [an] goofy Christmas comedy.

Silent night follows a group of old friends who – in British fashion and as the rest of the world faces looming disaster – come together to celebrate Christmas in the comfort of an idyllic country home. Overwhelmed by the inconvenience of the impending destruction of humanity, they adopt a stiff upper lip, open another bottle of prosecco, and continue their festivities. But no amount of stoicism can replace the courage needed for their last night on Earth. “

The film also stars Matthew Goode, Roman Griffin Davis, Annabelle wallis, Lily-Rose Depp, Ṣọpé Dìrísù, Kirby Howell-Baptiste, Lucy Punch, Rufus Jones and Trudie Styler.

It comes from prom producers Matthew Vaughn (Kingsman franchise), Trudie Styler (Moon) and Céline Rattray (The children are fine).
