Zoho adds BI to its business software portfolio


Enterprise software provider Zoho has added the Business Intelligence platform to its portfolio. This AI-based system combines the all new Zoho DataPrep with an improved version of Zoho Analytics.

According to Zoho, self service BI platform enables organizations to cleanse, unify, and analyze cross-departmental data.

It includes visual dashboards, data integrations, data preparation, augmented and integrated BI, as well as security and privacy capabilities. The BI platform can be deployed on premise or in the cloud.

Highlights include augmented data preparation and management with machine learning, data stories (live reports and dashboards can be integrated into Zoho and Zoho Show sites), augmented analytics (with l help from Zia, Zoho’s conversational AI) and a marketplace for third-party analytics applications and integrations that extend the BI platform.

In-depth native analytics apps with advanced domain-specific analytics will also be available in markets such as Shopify, ServiceNow, and Atlassian.

The Zoho BI platform can work with over 250 data sources including Zendesk, HubSpot, Microsoft, Mailchimp, Stripe, and Google.

Zia assists in data preparation and visualization, using natural language query and generation, textual narration of key information from reports and dashboards, and cognitive and advanced analytics.


Zoho Analytics is already used by more than 50,000 organizations. One of them is Inform agriculture, an Australian agricultural engineering and computer company.
